We offer several CSA seasons. Our next season begins in
Nov 2010.  Prices start at $325.


CSA Shares
The Full Share Plan  may include beef, bison, pork, lamb
chicken, emu and eggs with opportunities to add turkey
and duck.

The Half Share Plan includes the same meats as the
Full Share Plan, but in smaller quantities.

Once a month, you can pick up your kitchen-freezer-ready bag
of mixed frozen meat cuts either in Ann Arbor, Michigan or on
the farm,
which is centrally located between Manchester, Clinton,
Saline, Grass Lake, Dexter, and Chelsea, Michigan.

Participation benefits include volunteer work days on the farm,
free tours by appointment, animal feeding days for kids, field
trips, recipe competition/chef demo, monthly educational
handouts/newsletters

Lots happening here on the farm with several new offerings.  This fall for CSA particpants we
will be offering several special items including our new Guinea Pork in Sept, Standard and
Heritage Breed turkeys in Nov,,  and Duck or Goose for December.
